Plan It! Events founder, Nicole Johnson, is the master of bringing your vision to life and creating a vibe that is uniquely yours. Nicole works closely with each client to define their unique vision - - from creating detailed design plans and vision boards that provide a clear visual representation from the onset, to the sourcing and selection of all design elements that create a vibrant canvas for your celebration. We ensure that everything you touch, taste, see, smell and hear resonates with your guests. Every element from catering, mixology, entertainment, florals, lighting, furniture (design/rentals), invitations, graphics, signage, staffing attire, textiles & draperies, transportation, and beyond . . . is artfully selected, compiled and communicated clearly with every client and all trusted partners throughout the project from inception to execution.
Planning
Plan It! Events works with you to design an experience that encompasses all aspects of your dream celebration with an innovative eye to include all of your desired event details and more. No detail is left unturned throughout the planning process. Our team guides you through expert site selection and management, selection and supervision of trusted creative partners and vendors that align with your aesthetic and budget, gourmet catering and beverage menu planning, unmatched creative elements and entertainers, detailed diagrams and timelines, budget tracking and management, integration of all production and design elements all the while ensuring the planning of your event is stress free, seamless and fun from start to finish!
Production
Our team at Plan It! Events are the first to arrive on site and the last to leave on event day. We provide an expert logistical team to oversee the timely installation of all event elements. Our team follows and executes a meticulous timeline to receive all creative partners and vendor deliveries, manage set-up of all decor - from subfloor, tenting, drapery, staging and furnishing to final design elements, liaising with venue counterparts, cueing entertainers, activities and clients for a successful event flow and conducting final strike at end of the night. Rest assured that our talented team of producers ensure your vision is sustained, your expectations are exceeded and magical memories are created for one and all!
